The New Soul Fly Lodge at Great Harbour Cay boasts a full restaurant, The Carriearl Roost, run by a Bahamian Chef. It includes full bar and cocktail lounge. It has lovely al fresco, outdoor, and indoor dining available.
The restaurant is available by reservation only and open Thursday to Saturday: 7-9pm. They also offer Sunday Brunch from 10am to 1pm.
